It is highly recommended that international customers use American Express. International address verification with AMEX is much faster.

All orders that are international may be subject to a customs/duty buy the receivers country and are not the responsibility of Dolls and Ducks.com.

All orders that are international do not include free shipping and appropriate shipping of $12.00 or $25.00 will be added based on the amount purchased.

After September 1st, 2008, Chamilia USA will not allowing any retail stores in the United States to ship Chamilia product outside of North America.

North America includes but is not limited to Canada, Puerto Rico and the United States of America. Chamilia Products will continue to be shipped in these countries.

DollsandDucks.com and Chamilia.US will continue to ship Photo Beads, Hand Painted Beads and L'amore Glass and Silver Beads internationally.
